Hey, Tom, I've never heard of Grover Norquist. Is that really his middle name? Seems like a slight miscalculation on the part of his parents. Must have led to teasing at school.
Seems to me that Bill Frist and Jeb Bush need to be near the top of any such list, by the way.

That really is Grover's middle name, which may be why he's so vitriolic and contemptuous of his adversaries. I'll add Tom Cruise, just because I can, and John Roberts--if he's not screwing up America now, he soon will be.
